Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to the Managing Director

Your tasks
  • Manage and safeguard the Managing Director’s agenda: scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings with absolute discretion.
  • Assist in meetings: prepare materials, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
  • Handle sensitive internal and external communications with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Draft, edit, and organize professional correspondence and reports.
  • Provide operational and administrative support, often across multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day responsibilities.
Your profile
  • Degree or background in Administration, Computer Science (IAG or related) or similar qualification.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Flexibility to manage diverse tasks and continuously changing plans.
  • Solid technical proficiency in MS Office (medium to excellent).
  • English skills: medium to excellent (B1–C1).
  • Based in Nabeul (the closer to our offices, the better).
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a software/tech company, is an advantage.
