Business Development Representative (m/f/d) German speaking (C1)

Your tasks
  • Lead generation via phone, e‑mail, social selling (LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns in the DACH region
  • First contact and qualification of inbound leads through structured initial conversations
  • Identification of key pain points, relevant KPIs, and project parameters
  • Buying center analysis: identifying relevant stakeholders, their roles, and influence
  • Accurate CRM documentation of all activities, call outcomes, processes, and stakeholders
  • Recording and maintaining opt‑ins for targeted marketing (newsletters, campaigns, content)
  • Creating a complete qualification profile for handover to our Sales Managers
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales to further develop our pipeline and outreach strategies
Your profile
  • German at business‑fluent level (C1), English at minimum B2 level, and additional languages (e.g., French or Arabic) are an advantage
  • Initial proven experience in Sales, ideally in cold calling or outbound lead generation
  • Understanding of processes and challenges within logistics, production, and service environments
  • High motivation for acquisition, strong drive to build new sales opportunities, and a hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, strong persuasiveness, and a naturally curious mindset
  • Resilience and confidence when handling rejection in early outreach
  • Structured and reliable working style, especially in CRM documentation and process handling
  • Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow and build a long‑term career in software sales
