Your tasks

Join our CRM and after-sales service project team at L-mobile Tunisia in Nabeul.
We are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant (m/f/d) to manage software projects and drive customer satisfaction.

Oversee the entire software project lifecycle from planning to rollout.
Collect and manage customer requirements, acting as the primary point of contact.
Define project specifications, timelines, and budget estimates.
Collaborate with the development team to assess technical feasibility.
Create project plans, manage risks, and track progress using project management tools.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Skills & Requirements

Experience in IT project management or consulting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
Proficient in German and English (CEFR C1 or above). You have the professionalism to work with our foreign customers.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Readiness to travel within the DACH region to collaborate with clients and support project implementation.
