What to expect

Product Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Planning and scheduling:

Control and organize product issues and features within the teams
Prepare meeting notes and reports on:
- current figures
- forecasts
- work logs
Support with planning
Monitor adherence to forecasts
Follow up on open invoices
Oversee workloads
Organize meetings
Create projects and invoices in our PM tool
Control time logs

Skills & Requirements

University degree in Systems Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or similar
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
Good communication skills, ability to guide others, high motivation, and excellent organizational skills
