Product Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Planning and scheduling:
  • Control and organize product issues and features within the teams
  • Prepare meeting notes and reports on:
    • current figures
    • forecasts
    • work logs
  • Support with planning 
  • Monitor adherence to forecasts
  • Follow up on open invoices
  • Oversee workloads
  • Organize meetings
  • Create projects and invoices in our PM tool
  • Control time logs
Skills & Requirements
  • University degree in Systems Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or similar
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills, ability to guide others, high motivation, and excellent organizational skills
